Our Policies

Appointments
We recommend that you schedule future appointments while at the Salon. A courtesy reminder call is made or email sent for all appointments. Arriving late may limit the services received or may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
Please notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.  Excessive last minute cancellations or no shows may result in the pre-payment of services for future appointments.  We may charge the full amount for a missed appointment.

Acceptable Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, cash, personal checks and Silvermoon Salon gift cards. Returned checks will be assessed a $35 fee.

Child Safety Policy
Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service provided.  For safety reasons, and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 11 may accompany you while you are having a service performed.  We do not have the proper facility to care for children.  We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety if left unattended in our professional environment.  Additionally, we do not wish to compromise the relaxation of all clients. Your Understanding is Greatly Appreciated.

Our Recommendations
Smocks are provided for all chemical treatments. Please be advised, we are not responsible for clothing damaged during a service if you choose to not wear a smock.

Our Promise
We guarantee our services within one week. Silvermoon Salon cannot guarantee our services if they have been altered at another facility.

Referral Program
We appreciate your patronage and referrals of new clients. When you refer a friend to the salon, after their first appointment, you will receive $20 off of your next service.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
Gift certificates or gift cards must be presented at check out in order to be used for payment. We cannot honor lost or stolen gift certificates or gift cards.

Return Policy
We will gladly accept any returns for retail credit only, provided that they have only been used minimally and are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. We are unable to give refunds or exchanges on equipment, hairpieces, special order items, and clearance items.
